HDP65 & MDP65 65W AC-DC Power Supplies

Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 65W AC-DC Power Supplies feature open-frame construction with a universal input voltage range from 90VAC to 264VAC and a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. These convection-cooled power supplies are designed using GaN power technology and provide a high power density of 17.20W/in3 and high efficiency of up to 92%. Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 AC-DC Power Supplies offer output power up to 65W, RoHS compliance, and Nemko and UL safety approvals. The HDP65 series meets IEC 62368 safety standards and is ideal for industrial applications. The MDP65 series meets IEC 60601 safety standards and 2 x MOPP, making it ideal for medical applications, including body floating (BF).

CSS150 / CSS500 AC-DC Medical Power Supplies

TDK-Lambda CSS150 series 150W AC-DC Medical Power Supplies have a low 3x5" profile with a wide input voltage range of 90-264VAC (47-400Hz)(1) or 120-180VDC and feature dual input fuses. The CSS150 series offers global safety agency compliance. The CSS500 Series are 500W AC-DC medical or industrial power supplies with a 360W convection rating and high efficiency. These power supplies feature IEC60601-1 or IEC60950-1 certifications and have dual input fuses. The CSS500 series offers ORing FET and Current Share. The TDK-Lambda CSS150 series offers global safety agency compliance and is RoHS compliant. Typical applications for the CSS150 and CSS500 Series are in medical, industrial, test, communications, and broadcast markets. Both series are RoHS compliant.
