Qorvo CMDx Distributed Driver Amplifiers are designed to provide efficiency for gain stages prior to the final power amplifier in a transmitter chain. These CMDx amplifiers are 50Ω matched design that eliminates the need for RF port matching. The CMDx distributed driver amplifiers are RoHS compliant and lead-free. Typical application includes Electronic Warfare (EW), satellite communications, test and measurement, radar, and space.
