These boost converters operate across various input voltage ranges from 0.6V to 5.5V. The switching regulator boost converters operate at temperature ranges of -40°C to 85°C, -25°C to 85°C, -35°C to 85°C, and -40°C to 125°C. These boost converters include synchronous and non-synchronous variants.

Gamma Voltage Generators & Buffer Amps

ROHM Semiconductor Gamma Voltage Generators and Buffer Amps feature a single-chip solution with a high-precision 10bit DAC. These voltage generators and buffer amps are RoHS-compliant and consist of a thermal shutdown (TSD) circuit. These voltage generators and buffer amps operate at a wide temperature range. The ROHM Semiconductor Gamma Voltage Generators and Buffer Amps are ideal for TFT LCD panels.
