AH371x High-Voltage Hall-Effect Latches

Diodes Incorporated AH371x High-Voltage Hall-Effect Latches are designed for the commutation of brushless DC motors, flow meters, and linear encoders/position sensors. These latches include six magnetic operation and release point variants (BOP and BRP) ranging from a typical ±25 to ±140 Gauss. The AH371x high-voltage hall-effect latches are available in industry standard packages SC59, SOT23 (Type S), and SIP-3 (bulk pack). These latches are also ideal for home appliances, industrial appliances, and Revolution Per Minute (RPM) measurements.
