ST250-M280 Flash Drives

Apacer Technology Inc. ST250-M280 Flash Drives include a built-in thermal sensor to monitor the temperature of the SSDs through S.M.A.R.T commands to prevent overheating. These flash drives are the next-generation SSDs with compact and removable storage supporting larger, faster hosts deployed in a wide range of applications requiring incredible performance. The ST250-M280 flash drives come with Advanced Encryption Standards (AES) for data safeguarding. These flash drives feature a 3.3V±5% supply voltage, 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range, and are RoHS recast compliant. The ST250-M280 flash drives offer various implementations, including global wear leveling, power-saving modes, hyper cache technology, flash bad-block management, S.M.A.R.T, TRIM, DataDefender, and SMART Read Refresh.
