Littelfuse TPSMA6L Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes deliver high reliability application and are automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified.This SMA device's low profile DO-221AC package is less than 1.1 mm high, but it offers the same peak pulse power dissipation (PPPM) rating (600W) as standard SMB devices.
