NCP51820 High-Speed 650V GaN HB Driver

onsemi NCP51820 High-Speed 650V GaN HB Driver is designed to meet the stringent requirements of driving GaN power switches in off-line applications half-bridge topologies. This onsemi device offers short and matched propagation delays. Advanced level shift technology provides -3.5V to +650V (typical) common-mode voltage range operation for the high side gate driver and -3.5V to +3.5V common-mode voltage range for the low side gate driver. Common-mode noise canceling provides stable operation up to 200V/ns dV/dt rating for both driver output stages.
