AQM Series Medical Power Supplies

XP Power AQM Series Medical Power Supplies are ultra-compact, medically approved AC-DC power supplies available in 200W, 250W, and 300W versions to address a variety of medical applications. The AQM series is based on wide-bandgap Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, enabling an ultra-compact case size of approximately half the volume of previous-generation products. The units have efficiencies up to 94% and consume less than 150mW in standby mode, meeting energy efficiency Level VI. The low no-load power increases efficiency and reduces waste heat.
