SpirLED COB & SMD LED Heat Sinks

Wakefield Thermal SpirLED COB and SMD LED Heat Sinks for active and passive cooling are compact in size with a large amount of surface area. The series features a modular design with mounting holes for direct mounting of LED modules and COBs. The heat sinks are black anodized and extruded from highly conductive aluminum. Wakefield Thermal SpirLED heat sinks are compatible with many different LED modules and COBs.

COB & SMD LED Heat Sinks

Wakefield Thermal COB and SMD LED Heat Sinks for active and passive cooling are compact with a large cooling surface area. Concentrated heat requires sufficient thermal contact areas to quickly help the heat sink to dissipate heat through passive cooling. If the central conductive column of the heat sink is too large, the heat cannot be quickly transferred to the heat sink. A large amount of heat will be attached to the inside of the lamp, resulting in a large increase in temperature. The heat on the COB source cannot be completely transmitted, and the service life will be rapidly reduced. This can potentially pose a safety hazard. Wakefield Thermal COB and SMD LED Heat Sinks allow for active and passive cooling over the whole surface.
