DTO25 & DTO35 Surface-Mounted Power Resistors

Vishay / Sfernice DTO25 and DTO35 Surface-Mounted Power Resistors are non-inductive and isolated from the metal tab. These automotive-grade resistors feature a TO-252 (DPAK) style package and operate at a 25W or 35W power rating. Both series offer a wide resistance range of 0.016Ω to 700kΩ, a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, and a 200V voltage rating. Vishay / Sfernice DTO25 and DTO35 Surface-Mounted Power Resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified, lead free, and RoHS compliant.

Automotive Thick Film Power Resistors

Vishay/Sfernice Automotive Thick Film Power Resistors offer high reliability and power/pulse capabilities in very compact packages. A high power-to-size ratio makes them a preferred solution in pulse handling applications. Offered in AEC-Q200-qualified DPak, D2Pak, and TO247 packages, these compact resistors can replace five to twenty chip resistors on a PCB.
