TUSB211A/TUSB211A-Q1 Signal Conditioners

Texas Instruments TUSB211A/TUSB211A-Q1 High-Speed Signal Conditioners are third-generation USB 2.0 480Mbps conditioners that compensate for AC and DC loss in the transmission channel. The AC loss is caused by capacitive load and the DC loss by the resistive load. These conditioners speed up the transition edges of USB 2.0 high-speed signal with an edge booster and improve static levels with a DC boost function. The TUSB211A/TUSB211A-Q1 conditioners include a pre-equalization function to compensate the Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) jitter in applications with longer cables. These conditioners improve signal quality without adding propagation delay or latency or altering packet timing. These conditioners are used in tablets, cell phones, televisions, cable extenders, backplanes, portable electronics, desktops, laptops, and docking stations.
