SN74AHC373 & SN74AHC373-Q1 Octal D-Type Latches

Texas Instruments SN74AHC373 and SN74AHC373-Q1 Octal D-Type Latches consist of high-speed CMOS logic devices designed to provide octal transparent D-type latches with 3-state outputs. These latches are optimized for low power consumption and high performance in digital systems. The SN74AHC373 and SN74AHC373-Q1 D-type latches operate at a 2V to 5.5V supply voltage range, 6.8ns at 5V, 15pF load, and support 130MHz at 5V, 15pF load. These D-type latches are available in a wettable flank QFN package. The SN74AHC373-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include enabling or disabling a digital signal, controlling an indicator LED, and translation between communication modules and system controllers.
