This device offers outstanding dc precision and ac performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset, low offset drift and 10MHz bandwidth. This operational amplifier has features such as differential input voltage range to the supply rail, high output current, high capacitive load drive and high slew rate. This makes the OPAx197 a robust, high-performance operational amplifier for high-voltage, industrial applications. The OPAx197/Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
