LMH32401/LMH32401-Q1 Transimpedance Amplifier

Texas Instruments LMH32401/LMH32401-Q1 High-Speed Transimpedance Amplifier is a programmable-gain, single-ended, input-to-differential output transimpedance amplifier. The device is ideal for light detection and ranging (LIDAR) applications and laser distance measurement systems. The Texas Instruments LMH32401/LMH32401-Q1 device can be configured in a gain of 2kΩ or 20kΩ. The LMH32401/LMH32401-Q1 device has 1.5VPP of output swing and is designed to drive a 100Ω load.
