CD74ACT05 Hex Inverters

Texas Instruments CD74ACT05 Hex Inverters include TTL-voltage compatible inputs. These inverters feature an SCR-latch-up-resistant CMOS process, input clamp diode, open-drain outputs, 80μA maximum supply current, and 5.5V maximum supply voltage. The open-drain outputs can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-high wired-AND or active-low wired-OR functions. The CD74ACT05 hex inverters exceed 2kV ESD protection per MIL-STD-883, method 3015.
