TE Connectivity's (TE) SMD Resistor Solutions allow designers to create smaller, lighter, faster, and more robust devices with expanded capabilities. SMD Resistors are surface-mount resistors that are low profile and make more efficient use of board space than through-hole resistors. TE SMD resistors offer up to three times the power of previous-generation resistors with a similar increase in power-to-size ratio. The wide variety of SMD resistor products includes thick-film SMD resistors that are well-suited for applications that involve higher power and thin-film SMD resistors that are well-suited for applications that require precision and stability.

3503 & 3504 Series Thin Film Power Resistors

TE Connectivity's (TE) / CGS 3503 and 3504 Series Thin Film Power Resistors offer a 100V operating voltage rating, 50Ω to 30kΩ resistance range and a ±50PPM/°C temperature coefficient of resistance. The 3503 series features a 2W power rating and a 1206 size, while the 3504 series has a 6W power rating and 2512 size. These resistors have accurate and uniform physical dimensions to facilitate the use of automatic placement methods. TE Connectivity / CGS 3503 and 3504 Series Resistors are suitable for power supplies, power switching, braking systems and automation controls.
