PEV SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Rubycon PEV SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors (AECs) offer a long life of 10,000 hours at +105°C. These chip-type capacitors are a hybrid type that is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant. The package dimensions range from 6.3mm x 6.1mm to 10mm x 10.5mm. Rubycon PEV AECs feature a rated voltage range of 25VDC to 80VDC and a capacitance range of 22µF to 330µF with ±20% (+20°C, 120Hz) tolerance. The series has a -55°C to +105°C category temperature range and is suited for general-purpose applications.
