BD5235G-2C Voltage Detector IC

ROHM Semiconductor BD5235G-2C Voltage Detector IC is a highly accurate and low current consumption IC with a capacitor-controlled time delay and N-channel open drain output. This IC can detect voltage ranging from 0.9V to 5V with a 0.1V increment. The BD5235G-2C voltage detector IC features 270nA typical ultra-low current consumption, nano energy, and ±50% time delay accuracy in the -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. This IC is AEC-Q100 qualified and is ideal for automotive devices that require voltage detection.
