ECW-FJ Automotive Plastic Film Capacitors

Panasonic ECW-FJ Automotive Plastic Film Capacitors are AEC-Q200-compliant capacitors designed for DC/DC and AC/DC converter circuits in hybrid and electric vehicle (HEV/EV) applications and high-frequency, high-current environments. ECW-FJ Automotive Plastic Film Capacitors feature an operating temperature range of -40°C to +110°C, a rated voltage of 800V and 1100V, and a capacitance range of 1µF to 8µF. This Panasonic series provides high safety with an integrated fuse function, excellent thermal shock resistance (-40°C to +85°C, 1000 cycles), and optimal humidity resistance.
