Ohmite TX Thick Film Chip Thermistors feature high mechanical strength and reliability due to their thermistor film and glass-coated structure on alumina substrate. Ohmite TX Thermistors also offer high solderability and heat resistance due to triple-structure electrodes. The series is AEC-Q200 certified and available in 0402, 0603, and 0805 package sizes. Some parts can resist in an operating temperature range up to +150°C.
