74HC(T)132-Q100 Logic Gates

Nexperia 74HC(T)132-Q100 Logic Gates are quad 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs that include clamp diodes. This feature enables the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages above VCC. The Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined jitter-free output signals. The Nexperia 74HC(T)132-Q100 devices are ideally used in wave and pulse sharpers, astable multivibrators, and monostable multivibrators. The products are qualified for the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and are suitable for automotive applications.
