AVR® DU Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology AVR® DU microcontrollers feature the AVR® CPU with a hardware multiplier that runs at clock speeds of up to 24MHz These MCUs offer 16KB/32KB/64KB Flash, 2KB/4KB/8KB SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM. The AVR DU MCUs come in 14-pin, 20-pin, 28-pin, and 32-pin package options. These MCUs support crystal-less USB operation and include an optional internal 3.3V voltage regulator. These MCUs operate within the wide -40°C to 85°C industrial operating temperature range.
