MCC Medium Power MOSFETs feature advanced trench MOSFET technology and are housed in small packages to save on board space. The MOSFETs have an ultralow on-resistance with a low gate charge and meet UL 94V-0 flammability ratings. Halogen-free versions are available upon request by adding suffix "-HF".
