XR791xx and XR7920x Step-Down Power Modules

MaxLinear XR791xx and XR7920x Step-Down COT Power Modules are synchronous, step-down, complete system-in-package power management solutions offering fully integrated power converters including MOSFETs, inductors, and internal input/output capacitors. The XR791xx components offer load current ratings from 3A to 20A and a wide 3V to 22V input voltage range. The XR7920x devices offer load current rating from 3A to 6A with a wide 5V to 40V input voltage range. These non-isolated DC/DC converters feature a proprietary emulated current mode Constant On-Time (COT) control scheme for extremely fast line and load transient response.
