ECOC-9775 LVCMOS SMD OCXO Oscillators

ECS ECOC-9775 LVCMOS Surface-mounted Device (SMD) OCXO Oscillators feature a 9.7mm x 7.5mm x 5.65mm footprint, which is ideal for 5G, small cell, SyncE, and IEEE 1588 applications. The oscillators offer a 10,000MHz to 40,000MHz frequency range and a 3.135VDC to 3.465VDC input voltage range with a 15pF output load. The ECS ECOC-9775 LVCMOS SMD OCXO Oscillators operate within a -40°C to +85°C temperature range and provide a 200mA max current consumption at 25°C during steady state. The ECOC-9775 series contains lead-free components and is RoHS-compliant.
