Ex Superfast Recovery Rectifiers

Diotec Semiconductor Ex Superfast Recovery Rectifiers are SMD rectifier diodes that offer high-power dissipation. These rectifier diodes feature a range of 50V to 400V reverse voltage (VR) and a 50V to 400V peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) range. The Ex superfast recovery rectifiers are package compatible with SOD-87 and are built with UL 94V-0 case materials. These SMD rectifiers are ideal for applications such as rectification of high frequencies, high-speed switching, and commercial grade.
