Advanced Thermal Solutions Heat Sinks for AMD Kria™ K24 SOMs mount directly to the clamshell thermal plate that comes standard with the K24 SOMs. These heat sinks are provided with pre-assembled Chomerics T766 Thermal Interface Material (TIM) on the base. The AMD Kria™ K24 SOM heat sinks come with a mounting hardware kit. Typical applications include industrial automation, IoT gateways, smart agriculture, energy and utilities, safety and monitoring, and embedded vision.
